An update to the meadowlark

Right now, the utilization of the meadowlark needs three parameters, but the .py in the repo cannot fit to it.

Have you tried this branch/PR? #160 This PR is specifically adding a new feature to the Meadowlark SLM class, but it also brushes up the code quite a lot.

Hello, I think it is not the same version of the meadowlark. I utilize the meadowlark at the version of 1.1.4.124, but it is not proper for this slmsuite. The function of the write_image need three parameters, namely 'int CurrentDisplay, unsigned char* image_data', 'int is_8_bit'. But for the previous version, it just need 2 parameters.
I also add the parameter _SLM_LIB_TRACES = {_SDK_MODE.HDMI ; [(0, 2), (1, 2), (0, 3)]}. The '(0, 3)' is added by me, or I even cannot utilize my dll file.
