Analyse -> gal22v10 cupl/jed: Clock pin(1) cannot be used as an input. #1385

Pin 1 can be used as a generic input pin. It's a small issue, lowest priority, altho a bit annoying when you really need that last availible input pin. Wouldn't mind looking into it, and #1347, but I have no clue where to start.

The zipfile contains a design that should be valid but gives this error. I also included the cupl code for the design and, using wincupl, a compiled jed file of that cupl code for reference.
