1. Do we need to create a new event name for breakthrough infection?

This is mostly the database designing issue and depends on the resolution suggested by #11. I don't like the idea to distinguish normal infection with breakthrough infection by using different event name. I also don't like the current way of tagging 1st, 2nd and 3rd dose vaccination by using the event name. Having the these information in event name is redundant, since they are already implied by the event date.
