    strings containing none-ascii-characters use prefix ``u""`` or better
    use ``from __future__ import unicode_literals``, because this is
    Python 3 compatible.

  * BUGFIX: color parsing accepts white spaces in ``rgb()`` like ``rgb(0, 0, 0)``
