Problem

Currently, the SDK is tested against the Hedera Local Node in the CI pipeline. To enhance the coverage for DAB tests and ensure compatibility with the Solo project, we need to integrate testing for Solo into the CI workflow.

Solution

• Setup the Solo Project locally and determine appropriate run steps. (hashgraph/solo)
• Update SDK test configurations if needed.
• Update the CI configuration of the SDK repo to include testing against the Solo project.
• Ensure that the pipeline supports testing for both the Hedera Local Node and the Solo project.
• Determine the appropriate CI structure. Could be a separate workflow, separate jobs in the same workflow, or a matrix strategy.
