Problem with input-video dimensions

I had this error when using a file with a custom set of dimensions

Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

Also it leaves an empty file (0k) behind that has to be removed by hand if you want to do another run.

Steps to reproduce

1. I made a screencast using Icecream Screen Recorder.
2. Video resolution was set to 1000x730p instead of full screen (1366x768p).
   2.1. This was an atttempt to decrease file size.
   2.2. Only removed the taskbar and shrink the browser to a width that didnt break any component.
