Is anika compatibe with Proteome Discoverer 3.3?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the compatibility of MS Annika 3.0.

The documentation (https://ms.imp.ac.at/?action=ms-annika) states that MS Annika 3.0 is available for Proteome Discoverer 3.1 and above. This suggests that it should also be compatible with Proteome Discoverer 3.3—could someone please confirm if this is correct?

When I attempted to install MsAnika3.0_PD3.2_3.0.7.exe, I received the following error message:
“You need Thermo Proteome Discoverer 3.2 to use this version of MS Annika for PD 3.2.”

Does this mean that the current installer is restricted to PD 3.2, or is there a version compatible with PD 3.3?

we are currently still working on a MS Annika version for Proteome Discoverer 3.3 - it's basically done, but I still need to run some tests to check that it is completely stable and not crashing anywhere. You can already try the 3.3 version with this installer here: MS_Annika_for_PD3.3.zip
