  The webui should be entirely functional and all known, glaring webui-crashing bugs or security concerns squashed. All the English strings should be thoroughly examined to be sure there's enough descriptive help text which can be internationalized. Server.config, emit event names, and profile availability should be largely set in stone. Log storage may not yet be implemented in its final state (currently memory, potentially flat file, db).
