Thank you for your interest in contributing to Gatewaze. This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms under which intellectual property is contributed to the project. This Agreement protects both contributors and the project maintainers.
You must sign this CLA before your first pull request can be merged.
By submitting a Contribution to the Gatewaze project, You accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for Your present and future Contributions.
"You" (or "Your") means the individual or Legal Entity making a Contribution to the project.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to existing work, that is intentionally submitted by You to the Gatewaze project for inclusion in the project. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the project maintainers or its repositories, including but not limited to pull requests, issues, patches, and commits.
"Project Maintainers" means the individuals or entities responsible for managing and maintaining the Gatewaze project.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Project Maintainers and to recipients of software distributed by the Project Maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Project Maintainers and to recipients of software distributed by the Project Maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Contribution, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution alone or by combination of Your Contribution with the project to which the Contribution was submitted.
You represent that:
(a) You retain copyright to Your Contributions. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Your Contributions; it only grants the licenses described above.
(b) Each of Your Contributions is Your original creation. If any part of Your Contribution is not Your original work, You will clearly identify the source and any applicable license.
(c) You are legally entitled to grant the licenses described in this Agreement.
(d) If Your employer has rights to intellectual property that You create, You represent that You have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of Your employer, or that Your employer has waived such rights for Your Contributions to the Gatewaze project.
Your Contributions are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties or conditions of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to notify the Project Maintainers of any facts or circumstances of which You become aware that would make any of the representations in this Agreement inaccurate.
