How to use Redmine Text Formating

I want to use redmine text formatting as per below URL when I define format.

Is there any other way I can format text when I am defining template of Formats?

The easiest thing to do is just copy the whole lot, and put it into a wiki page. (I thought about adding a feature for this, but using the wiki means we end up with many fewer moving parts)
