concatenation of Custom fields list multi value

Hi,
Is it possible to concatenate the contents of a custom field of multiple list type?
Today,
This syntax %{cf:8} select the last value selected in the list.

ex:

• a Custom field liste multiple value:

  • A
  • B
  • C
  • D

• in an issue, i select :

  • A, C, D

• in release note, the custom field value print is only D

• the expected result is A,C,D
