Include Footer in the version format similar to header

Through the header of the release note format we can define version's specific details and version's detailed descriptions/notes (using custom fields).

In the same manner, we should have a footer - which should be displayed other information of the version. This may be useful for things like - contact details of release manager, URLs for download etc., other statistics if any. We have a remarks custom-field in versions which really appropriate in the footer rather than in the header.
