Currently release notes formats' edit page is divided in two halves -
a. The actual format form
b. the help documentation
The large text format in the form receives too small a space - particularly in the horizontal direction - and if we stretch the expanding corner and by mistake leave it, it would render outside the DIV and there is no way to get back.
Overall space is not appropriately used. Either the help text should be made inline
One above / below each field - OR the entire box should below OR above it.

I don't think the help should go above, because that would become annoying for users who know how to use it. Other than that, I have no particular preference. You can decide which you think looks better.
