SSI rejects DID context

The context listed in the DID document provided by the MoH uses `https://w3.org/ns/did/v1`, but SSI only permits `https://www.w3.org/ns/did/v1`. Either SSI will need to permit that context or MoH will need to change the context. I'm unclear which party is violating the DID spec here.
