Dynamic internal IP with Nginx Proxy Manager

Hi,

I'm preparing a HA setup for my friend.

• proxmox
• HomeAssistant in a VM
• Nginx Proxy Manager (as addon in HA)

I'm doing this on my own home network.
The main idea is to ship the box to my friend and have things running with as less effort as possible.
One of the problems I can see is that the subnetmask will probally be different on his network.
Configuring his router's portforwarding will be no problem.
However, I need to reconfigure "Nginx Proxy Manager" with the new internal IP-address on his network... Not a big deal, but I was wondering if it is possible to configure the "Nginx Proxy Manager" addon in such a way that I can point the reverse proxy to the "internal IP adress" of HA instead of it's LAN-IP?
