Consume `__CreateComponent` PAPI call

As title indicates, use Component specific API calls for integration, this also requires modification to fetch parent ComponentId as well.

To be clear this isn't required for use of miso Component, but mapping lynx / preact component 1:1 w/ miso would be an interesting experiment, and could potentially open the door to embedding react / preact components directly into miso.
