[ENHANCEMENT]:  Better error message for user logging with a deactivated account

### Description

When the user logs in with a deactivated account, the message displayed says "Invalid credentials". It could be better to use a more informative message for this case, such as "You cannot log in with a deactivated account. Please, contact your administrator".
