[BUG]: Missing required 'value' field at new notification page

Description

For those notifications where the 'value' field is required, this field appears without any required mark, being possible to create or try to create notifications with unexpected or wrong behaviour.

For the case of agentError, ownAgentError, deleteAgent, taskComplete, deleteTask, deleteHashlist, hashlistAllCracked, hashlistCrackedHash, userDeleted and userLoginFailed trigger action notifications, this leads to a 500 error in the frontend, with an infinite loading ring near to the "Save Notification" button.

And as for the rest that require the 'value' field, which are newTask and userCreated, this leads to a creation of notifications with a 'null' related object, which it also leads to unexpected behaviour (see #1907 ).
