UI/screen to list Vaults and select vault to see vault details page

The vault list should be a table that shows:

• vault_id
• vault_label
• number of accounts on the multisig vault
• threshold

When clicking on the vault, a second screen should show the details for that vault. It should show:

• vault_id
• vault_label
• the set of accounts and xpubs that comprise this vault
• the output descriptor for this vault
• threshold
