The email template used for ContactExchange could be better. Improvements needed:

  1. If the contact exchange is with a single other person, the email subject says "You connected with 1 people using ContactExchange". Not only is this grammatically incorrect, it's a waste of space. The subject could just have the names of the people involved.
  2. The contacts are introduced with "Given below is a list of your fellow participants:". This could simply be "Contact information:".
  3. The list of contacts has email hidden under a URL. This is somewhat inaccessible on devices where the user can't right click and copy the address.

iPhone/iPad+gmail - Doesnt open up in gmail -> Open in Safari -> 'Open in' option ridiculously doesn't have Contacts
Android Jelly Bean gmail - Works smoothly
MacOSX -> Works fine

Pending tests:
iPhone/iPad Mail App
Windows->Outlook 2007+
Blackberry email app
(Are there Symbian Operating Systems being majorly used anywhere? Should we be testing on them?)

@jace @kracekumar Where else can we cover testing this?

  1. So, we should change it to "A & B connected using ContactExchange"? Also, for more people what are your thoughts about making it "A, B, C & n others connected using ContactExchange"
    2, 3) Points noted.
  2. Related to 1, we could give an optional facility to people to change the subject of the email. a) Involves typing, so skeptical about introducing it. Nevertheless, could set fantastic context for each connection, possibly increasing engagement level amongst the connected people. b) If this is seems to be a useful enhancement, is it worth approaching this now?
