Scenario content notice

Some scenarios shipped under `games/` reference characters, places,
and situations from copyrighted third-party works (e.g. The Lord of
the Rings, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Dune, One Piece, and
others). These are unofficial fan-made scenarios, created for
non-commercial educational and research use, and are not endorsed by
or affiliated with the respective rights holders.

Each scenario declares its copyright status in its `config.yaml` via
the `license:` field (`public_domain`, `fan_work`, or `original`);
`fan_work` scenarios additionally name the source material in
`fan_work_source:`. Redistributors intending to use this project
commercially should review and, where appropriate, remove or rework
any scenarios tagged `fan_work`.
