It is not clear from docs if pileup support chip-seq tracks (narrow/broad peaks files). If yes, then it would be nice to see an example if no, then it would nice to know if the feature is in plans?

The only feature files that pileup.js supports is BigBed (Here is an example of viewing Genes with BigBed, but you can substitute the pileup.viz.genes() with pileup.viz.features() for viewing features) There is currently no one actively working on support for narrow/broad peak files, but we would be happy to review any code for additional functionality.
