Support encrypted libraries for camera photo upload

At the moment it doesn't seem to be possible to select a encrypted library as the upload library for the "camera photo upload" feature. Encrypted libraries just don't appear in the selection screen.
(unencrypted libraries do appear and work fine).
My App version is 2.1.9.

Some say me its implemented but I am unable to get it to work in marshmellow or nougat.

Encrypted libraries also do not appear for the backup of the contacts on the android app.

A must-have feature. I can't use Seafile because of this.
