Cant open locally saved files when offline - Access to library not possible

Hello,

after the last update we can't no longer access a library and view the already downloaded files.
We get an Network Error Code.

Before the update this works very well.

App-Version:
3.0.9

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6

Hi, we got news. After some tries we found out, that it is possible do access librarys and folders but you have to try it multible times (getting network error every failded try) - then its working und you can view locally downloaded files.

So i think this is not an feature but an error - before the lasts update it works fine...
