Description
Currently, our VM pool uses N1 machines. Since these are nearly a decade old, we should upgrade our worker pool to a more modern machine type. Today, N4 machines are the most recent, so we aim to replace our current N1 pool with them.
An upgrade to N2 VMs was already addressed (issue: #15255, PR: #15497), however apparently even N2s are too old for us to receive the necessary quota increase to actually use them in our deployment. So, we're jumping right from N1 to N4.
