How well supported is this package? Is it worth using today?

I noticed the number of issues and PR open, and most links including the support link not going anywhere, which make me think this package is no longer being updated.

Anyone tried it recently, how is it looking? Is it worth using? I would be using it for React 17 for Google Chrome on desktop, Android and iOS.
