Overview

We need to reach out to the people who filled out the Offer Letter Interest Form so that we can recruit them for the open roles on the Guides team

Action Items

• create a recruitment process WIKI page
• write a draft email with the following points
  • we have 2 openings for volunteers who are available for 20 hours per week.
  • we will provide an offer letter, once the candidate is choosen
  • link to open role
  • faq link
  • if the open interview slots are filled by the time you see this, what happens
  • selection process details wiki link
  • how to get off the mailing list
• create the spreadsheet for the form responses used for:
  • mail merge
  • track who does not want to be notified anymore
  • who booked appointments
  • who missed appointments
  • who got accepted or rejected
• create two appointment slots using the Guides calendar
• send out email after approval
• conduct interview of the 1st two candidates
• If the selection is made from the candidates interviewed
  • send out email with offer letter to selected candidates
  • send out email to the other candidates about the vacancy being filled
• If a selection is not made from the candidates interviewed
  • open up 2 more interview slots
  • repeat till a selection is made
