Cleanup knowledgebase content drive assignee board

Overview

We need to clean up and create roster of assignees that need access to the knowledgebase content drive

Action Items

need to identify who is assigned to issues (all team members)

• Go to Resource 2 and copy the GitHub handle from the assignee column
• Paste the GitHub handle into the GitHub column of Resource 1 (column N)

review comments on this issue (Bonnie only)

• Review comments on this issue (left by document movers) to identify who are working on a guide that needs to be added to the knowledgebase content drive
• When there are no unresolved comments below, look at each issue that has a label "drive: shared with me" (resource 3)
• Bonnie will fill in the missing info in the roster from table in Resource 4)

1. removed all the people from the drive who were not managers
2. Moved Kevin and Jesus Diaz to the Guides: people working on a guide Roster.
3. Made sure that people who are on Guides Team roster are on the drive as Manager
4. Made sure that the people who are on Guides: people working on a guide Roster are on the drive as contributors

@ExperimentsInHonesty next steps will be:

• check the label "drive: shared with me"
• find the names of owners of the documents that could not be moved by the Guides team members
• add names of document owners to the roster (Resource 1) so that they can be contacted to schedule an appointment to move the document to the correct drive
