Overview of Where the guides team is
How guides team is going to engage with each cop (clean up work)
cleanup phases
add columns
add milestones that match the decks
add milestones to issues
rename backlog column to prioritized backlog
make all issues that are in the milestone: gather examples, ready to gather examples by rewriting
How cop members are going to work on guides
all people working on the same step so that we can train them all at the same time, and provide help for everyone at a weekly help session (tuesdays when there is no onboarding)

CoP leads did not express interest in being involved with managing guides so we will be moving forward with managing the guides under the guides team instead of individual communities of practice. New labels and milestones will still be in place for the new guides board.
