Overview

Create a Wiki that will be a resource for working with Invited speakers

Action Items

  • Create Working with Speaker Wiki
  • Webinar Format - ex. a lead will manage the webinar to manage time, send brief/speaker kit to speaker prior to event
  • Add Guest Tracker Page : keep the current status of communications and actions transparent so any lead can assist
  • Add Communications Page
    • Communication steps after initial contact and interest
    • List of provided Templates
    • Create page: templates: question collection from community
    • Create page: templates: for Slack announcement for speaking events
    • Create page: templates: Email for Consent, Confirmation, Sending questions

Resources/Instructions

Notes

  • Actual templates will be created in different issues for each needed template.
  • Just create part of the Wiki needed for working with speakers.
