Overview

This issue documents all required tasks to set-up the YouTube playlist of past guest speakers from the UI/UX CoP repository

Action Items

• Create Epic Issue to collect Guest Speaker Questions (including setting up Meetup Invite, slack announcements, advertising guest speaker etc.)
  • Create Issue Template to collect Guest Speaker Questions
• Create Epic Issue to document all Consent Forms
  • Create Issue Template to collect Consent Forms
  • Identify details/template
    • Send & record emails to Speakers (seeking consent) - use HfLA gmail ID, with CC to Co-Leads
• Create Epic Issue to document all YouTube Uploads
  • Create Issue Template to collect to document Youtube videos
  • Identify details/template for each video upload
    • Name of Speaker
    • Date (Month, Year),
    • Topic
    • Speaker Introduction/ Blurb
    • Identify Keywords/Tags (3-5 keywords for each speaker)
    • Create a cover page for Guest Speaker using UI/UX CoP's poster design template
      • Add above speaker details to this cover page template
• Hosting & access to YouTube Channel
  • Access to HfLA’s YouTube Channel - Required OnePassword vault, check with admin on Slack
  • Use UI/UX Community of Practice's email address (uiux@hackforla.org) to create and host YouTube channel
