• Karen updates: PM team to work on MVP timeline
• Karen to check in with Carmen and Manju and off-board them accordingly
• UXR and UI teams met to discuss the findings from user testing, UI team to update designs accordingly. Have started issue Design Considerations and Timeline #634 to track their work.
• Lu to connect with Terence to discuss Dev's team timeline for getting the staging (prototype) environment set-up.
• Karen to update CTJ: Design system #606 and add dependency and move to ice box
• Vivian will close out usability testing issue Usability testing for CTJ skills page design #532 after she collects a baseline benchmark that will be useful for future testing
• Karen to try and push for usability testing tool (Vivian shared a download from Ryan Chase (311) who said Bonnie needs to review the user agreement as she would like to amend a point about ownership of data, expected timeline is March) If by mid-February we don't see progress in this, we should execute plan b. This puts a pause on [Epic] Research for Skills Matrix Content Audit  #567

• 17/03/25: Dev shared the website staging environment and Skills Matrix Figma designs with Bonnie. Design team to update how the skills are rated in Figma (currently number of years' experience, should be a rating to self-assess skill level to match this example: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ab3ZEJHqR0vBli5ACxPC_OQ9uOG7nVdQxz6cEfS_tKw/edit?gid=1739253474#gid=1739253474)
• 18/03/25: Met with TDM's UXR team to understand how TDM Calculator structured its Google Drive, as they worked closely with Bonnie for approval. Ultimately, we aim to create the necessary Google Drive and Wiki documentation to support our case to onboard usertesting.com

## 🔑 Key Updates

### CMS & Design Coordination
- CMS meetings can proceed without Dev's involvement.
- Once CMS requirements are finalized or near-final, they should be shared with Dev.
- Avoid waiting for complete designs before handing over requirements—early backend prep is critical.

### Page Naming Consistency
- Maintain consistent page names in user flow and other documents for clarity
