Hey @fenglugithub @xxl228 @LoTerence. Just a quick follow up from our last meeting. I spoke with @kcoronel and we think we can brainstorm the chips selection design at our next leads meeting before discussing it with Bonnie. |

## 🔑 Key Updates
### CMS & Design Coordination
- CMS meetings can proceed without Dev's involvement.
- Once CMS requirements are finalized or near-final, they should be shared with Dev.
- Avoid waiting for complete designs before handing over requirements—early backend prep is critical.
### Page Naming Consistency
- Maintain consistent page names in user flow and other documents for clarity
### Dev Handoff Plan
- Lou will prioritize design work that can be handed to Dev.
- Pages **included** in the handoff:
- Qualifier Page (updated version, Skills Matrix removed)
- Pages **excluded** from the current handoff:
- Skills Matrix
- Search Results Page
- CMS
---
## 💡 Guidance for Design Team
- Design team has creative freedom; don’t worry about Dev limitations during UX exploration.
- Examples: Alphabetical vs. grouped views of Skills Matrix are feasible.
- If anything is infeasible, Dev will provide clear feedback and offer alternatives.
---
## 🧩 Workstreams in Motion
### Product
- Jason is starting the **roadmap development** (gathering examples, defining strategic direction).
- Brandon & Karen are working on the **user flow**, which will be shared with Dev for review and feedback.
### Development
- Backend preparation underway.
- Awaiting early CMS requirements and designs for non-excluded pages.
---
## 🕒 Timeline
- **Target Launch**: End of 2025
- **Backup**: Early 2026
- Timeline depends on project velocity—Jason and PMs will help refine with the roadmap
---
## ⚠️ Risks & Dependencies
- Potential blockers: **VRS** and **People Depot** development status is unclear.
- Ryan to follow up and confirm readiness.
---
