Slack OAuth Integration OR Reactions not getting updated via website

Reactions not getting updated if done in slack or vice-versa

So I encountered the issue when I was trying to react on other posts but the reaction was not registered by the website and niether on slack, there should be a feature if I reacted on website the slack should automatically update the reaction on that specific post and for the vice versa too, it may require Slack OAuth Integration for each scrapbook profile so that the slack can register reaction data from the scrapbook website.
