[Contracts] Fade out the FAQ section so it's more obvious you can scroll. #13240
Description
Currently, when signing the contract, there's a list of FAQs on the left. The scrollbar may disappear on some browsers (like mine), making it less obvious that you can scroll down for more. Gary mentioned we could add some fading to make it clearer that scrolling is possible.
