Vote Gets Discarded When Settings Are Changed --> Due To Page Refresh #1940

Hi this is a pretty weird issue that I've encountered:
What happened:
I was voting on a few projects in the voting tab when I decided to change my settings. After I pressed save, because the entire page "Refreshes" the vote gets discarded and thus I have to either vote on a new project or rewrite my entire review.
Steps to reproduce:
=> Head over to voting tab.
=> press the "Settings" icon
=> change any setting and then click "Save"
What happens after pressing save:
Pressing save refreshes the entire page and discards whatever progress a user has while voting a project. Their score card data and feedback all refreshes and thus they have to rewrite everything or vote on a completely different project.
This is quite annoying since, If I have to change a setting while voting, I want to be able to do it normally without losing my progress.
