[BUG] Read from S3 via IRSA is failing #897

LLM studio is not able to read from S3 via service accounts like rest of the components in HAIC do
To Reproduce
Users attempted to pull artifacts from a dedicated S3 bucket using service accounts, but the process failed.
We were able to pull it using IAM keys in mock env
