Mojave does not provide "/usr/include", sigh. I needed to add the following to CMkaeLists.htxt:

SET(CMAKE_C_FLAGS "${CMAKE_C_FLAGS} -I/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/usr/include")

Actually, you can install system dev headers by /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/Packages/macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg.
