During poisson (R,Theta) operator benchmark on Adastra, partition MI250X. The error does not evolve with the mesh size, it is around 1e-5, if there was a CI on Adastra these tests will probably fail.

The problem looks related to ginkgo solvers, since matrix tests involving these solvers all fail on Adastra MI250X architecture.
