no data files when exporting from twitter search collection

Hi,
We recently installed SFM version 2.1.0 as a request from a faculty member. We tried to set up a twitter search collection set. It says Data collected: 6 files (32.6 KB) after harvesting. When exporting from the UI, it only lists a readme file for download, no actual data files. any ideas what goes wrong? where I can check related logs?
BTW, with 'docker-compose ps' command, all containers are up except sfm_data_1, sfm_processing_1, and sfm_processingdata_1 which show 'Exit 0' state. Are those containers supposed to be in this state?

Are you sure there were tweets matching the query? When there are no tweets harvested, only a README is available in the export. There are no data files. This could probably be made clearer. Let me know if this doesn’t sound like the situation with your collection, however.

Addressing your second question, yes that is correct with sfm_data_1 and sfm_processing containers having Exit 0 state.
