Provide an "i" button w/modal (preferred) or help text to give archivist users of SFM guidance on how they might use the description field to provide provenance info. Talk with @save4use, @reliztrent, and Vakil for thoughts on relating the DACS fields first discussed in Chris Prom's report to the description field in particular (at collection and collection set levels).
