Improve change log viewing

In collections with lots of seeds, it can be hard to navigate / browse the changelog to find particular points. For example, in the End of Term Archive collection, I wanted to find a particular change note that described a source of data. There was no easy way to find that, since the changelog was up to 8,000+ entries.
