Our current environment was based on igwn-py39. This environment is no longer maintained so we might update to igwn-py311 which is based on python 3.11.

Note that this might solve some of the issues raised by #9.

AFAIK, Google Colab uses python 3.11 so we should have no problem.

#12 is merged but we still have some issues on Google Colab. See #22.

#22 is merged. Note the caveat on Extension Topic A.2. I will let this open for some time in case of problem.
