Templating for semantic-ui #17

Hi.
I just fork your repo because I needed directive like this.
I missed the timeout feature so I added it and I edited the template to fit Semantic-UI framework.

If you want a PR for the timeout feature, I can do it, I just use the factory side for my own, but it can be done on the directive side too (https://github.com/thco/angular-flash/commit/2c6eaf32e5b4661c51959cfe4c1d626093d25cab).
