Trying GSD on multiple worktrees seems fine until it starts hitting conflicts on the phase numbering from different milestones.
I think there should be a milestone dependent phase numbering. Any suggestions?

v1.31.0 adds project_code config which prefixes phase directories:

}

This gives you ABC-01-setup/ instead of 01-setup/, preventing numbering collisions across milestones/workstreams.
