does the /gsd:quick not do what you need? could you give a bit more details on your workflow. In my experience, I just create a new plan if I need more work done at the end of a milestone if I forgot/missed/thought of something. There are also some newer features in the just release 1.27 to help with that type of workflow, see if any of that helps. If not, please feel free to open an ehnancement/feature request with a details explanation of your workflow and what you're trying to accomplish. |

Ok. So more like a milestone summary? I’ll see what I can come up with. On Mar 20, 2026, at 7:16 PM, oah4333 ***@***.***> wrote:
i tried the discuss phase but it didnot work for already completed phases, i spend sometime trying the /gsd:quick and it was pretty good but it didnot do searches similar to the discuss phase. so long story short, once the project is built i want to hand it over to a new team member and the team member wants to have a discussion with GSD about the entire project, he wants to review the design, the flows. to be honest for the time being the gsd:quick is solving 90% of my needs.

when we build a project using GSD there are some any phases before and during the build-process put not that much after all the mile-stones are done.
So after all the phases are built, I have to rely on claude i.e, outside the GSD framework to do post implementation discussions or clarifications.
I suggest adding something like /gsd:post which will be really helpful in on-boarding the rest of the team members which were not there during the build process or just to revisit what was built.
