hidden (unlinkable) mention notifications shouldn't be included in totals

I seem to have a phantom mention. As I was marking my mentions as read I noticed that there was one more mention counted in the side bar and drop-down notification than I actually have. I am now down to 1 mention but if I go to that section i have "No mention notifications".

I finally figured out why this discrepancy exists. The mentions tally includes "unlinkable" mentions which are hidden by default. I think a preferred approach would be to not include them in the tally.

Mentions total should be the same as the bottom of the page shown here (1 unlinkable, unread mention is now hidden)
