In the activity feed and elsewhere display "admin" users as "editor/admin"

In the activity feed, the majority of editorial actions are labelled as being done by "admin" users because most editors are admins. But these actions are not admin activities. This is all being done in an editorial capacity. Would represent the crowd effort to refer to these users as "editor (admin)" or "editor/admin" throughout the public interface.
