Add support for IP2Location.io API #2075

It would be good to have an alternative or secondary IP geolocation API such as IP2Location.io.

The free API plan from IP2Location.io allows users to query up to 30,000 IP addresses per month.

If using the API without an API key, there is a limit of 500 queries per day.
