[Feature Request] Add required water extractors to building list #92

If a recipe requires water as an input, would it be possible to include the number of water extractors as a building? The current building tab does a great job of accounting for needed materials before prepping a build, but completely ignores materials needed for extraction of raw ores/water.

I think ore would be a bit convoluted with the mk1/2/3 split, but water extractors are a single building, so it shouldn't be onerous to add as a required building.

The thing is that also water fracking nodes exist :) so it's also not as easy
