[Feature Request] Option to take care about electricity #73

Hello,

The satisfactory tools is very powerful but for my point of view, an option is missing : The electricity.

An option to take care about the electricity could be a great feature.

For example, specify the available electricity as a resource in the input screen.

So, if you only have one gigawatt available, you can specify it and the tools will only give a solution that meets this electricity constraints.

What do you think about it ?
